The Hartness International Integration team follows two basic
principles to drive its integration projects:
-
Every customer has a unique and specific need
- It is our job to define and fulfill that need
It
sounds simple enough…but it takes proper planning and
execution to pull off. We know from experience!
From
project inception, Hartness International Integration works
with you to develop and execute a detailed project scope.
Project cost, schedule and performance expectations are all
spelled out within this scope document, leaving nothing unclear
or open for differing interpretations later on. It guarantees
that we fully understand your need and that we are on track
to fulfill it.
Hartness
Integration’s experienced project managers take the
lead in scope development by formulating the project budget
and schedule. Knowing that these baselines are critical to
the project’s success, the project manager diligently
manages their development and any variances from the original
job scope.

Other
baselines critical to project success are the identification
of project roles & responsibilities, scope of supply,
and scope of facilities. Project managers facilitate the discussion
surrounding these important issues and incorporate them into
the project scope.
By
setting expectations early on for what the project will deliver
and how it will be accomplished, the Hartness Integration
project manager prevents surprises that can be detrimental
to project budget and schedule.

The
scope development process is further defined by the development
of the packaging line design. Hartness International Integration
has significant experience, across multiple industries,
defining equipment and control requirements to deliver
a packaging line that maximizes maintainability, operability,
and line performance.
Hartness
Integration’s line solutions incorporate the “best
of breed” equipment across the packaging industry. We
assess each facility and customer based on its specific needs
and spec out line equipment that delivers the best possible
solution for their application.
The
Hartness organization has always strived to provide simple
packaging solutions. Hartness Integration continues this philosophy
by creating line designs with fewer control points, fewer
pieces of equipment, and thereby, fewer opportunities for
line failure.
Committed
to the Hartness motto, “Packaging Solutions Made Innovatively
Simple,” Hartness Integration designs uncomplicated
line solutions with an emphasis on performance.
