Hartness
International Integration brings a unique approach to line integration
and it all starts with a
time-tested Hartness philosophy:
Listen to the customer.
Once we thoroughly understand your goals and challenges, we commit
our highest level resources to developing an efficiently uncomplicated
solution to meet your requirements and your budget. Keeping the
emphasis where it belongs - on your end goal, Hartness International
Integration delivers fresh thinking, thorough communication, and
exceptional customer service through all aspects of its integration
services.
Hartness
International Integration carries its customer-driven approach into
all projects, large or small. We are always looking for ways to
provide greater benefit to our customers. This is apparent in our
design, procurement, manufacturing, acceptance testing, installation,
and training processes.
-
Design -
With our innovative products and Dynac-centric approach to line
design, Hartness Integration uses a “new set of tools”
to offer plant layouts that emphasize operator and materials access.
Our line designs often occupy up to 40% less space than a traditional
line and utilize fewer resources.
-
Procurement
– Hartness Integration works closely with other OEM’s
to supply the right combination of customer-preferred equipment
and “best of breed” technologies for your application.
-
Manufacturing
– Hartness Integration provides regular project updates
and progress reports on all equipment.
-
Factory Acceptance Testing
– Hartness Integration performs FAT’s with all major
OEM’s involved in the project. Our standard protocol, coupled
with customer specifications, insures a thorough review of equipment
prior to shipment.
-
On Site Activities
– An experienced Hartness Integration Site Manager coordinates
installers and OEM service personnel on site. Safety and GMP’s
are stressed during these phases of the project.
- Installation
- Commissioning
- Final acceptance
-
Training
– Hartness International Integration takes training to a
new level, incorporating both classroom and hands-on techniques
to insure that you have a thorough understanding of all equipment.
Separate training curriculums are tailored to operators, maintenance
personnel, and controls engineers, with particular emphasis placed
on safety, operator maintenance, and product changeover.
