Training

Hartness International Integration strives to optimize line performance on each and every customer installation. One of the most critical steps toward attaining this goal is to provide a seamless hand over of equipment line control. Hartness Integration achieves this through a comprehensive training and certification program. Experienced Hartness Integration engineers deliver training to the appropriate plant personnel at the proper stage of the project, ensuring a foolproof transfer of knowledge along with the equipment.

Training typically occurs at the following project stages:

Construction Phase
• Introduce line personnel to the equipment.

  • Feasibility Studies
  • Line Audits
  • Benchmarking
  • Efficiency Studies
  • Comprehensive Recommendations
  • Constraint Analysis
  • Plant Consolidation Plans

• Perform classroom instruction that incorporates hands-on equipment training.
• Review equipment safety features and the proper way to operate machinery.

Start-up Phase
• OEM vendors work with line personnel to familiarize them with each machine’s operational nuances.
• High level training sessions are scheduled with line maintenance personnel to further their understanding of equipment usage.

Post Commissioning
• Evaluate line personnels' performance and determine if additional training is required.

Hartness International Integration works closely with customers and OEM vendors to establish a training package that best suits their needs. It may be as simple as supplying technical manuals. It may be as complex as developing a training schedule that coordinates OEM vendors for site and classroom training, and provides customized training materials with OEM vendor documentation and complete line system integration methodologies.

Hartness International Integration knows that successful training leads to a successful line and we are committed to getting you there.
