expectations.
By identifying these objectives early in the process, he minimizes
the risk of misunderstandings later on.
With
scope and expectations clearly established, a master project
schedule is developed and maintained. All engineering, procurement,
installation and checkout activities are detailed, including
those activities being executed by the customer or other outside
party. Providing this level of detail to the master schedule
allows the project manager to plan and coordinate all integration
activities in and around the plant’s production needs.
Depending
on customer requirements, the Hartness Integration project
manager will determine the frequency by which to schedule
communications. Some customers want updates every week. Others
prefer to limit contact to critical changes and concerns.
Whichever approach best fits your needs, you can be sure your
project will be managed with professionalism and candor and
that you will always be promptly notified of important issues
and events.
On
a monthly basis the project manager will issue a status report
summarizing technical, financial, and scheduling updates as
well as any open items that are owed to each party. By providing
this synopsis on a regular basis, the Hartness project manager
ensures that critical information is dispersed and that minor
concerns get mitigated before turning into major problems.
While
all integration projects have the same underlying goals, the
Hartness Integration team adds one more of its own: complete
customer satisfaction.
We
will go “above and beyond” to deliver a solution
that fulfills your expectations and benefits your bottom line.
