Once your equipment arrives at the job site, the Hartness Integration site manger takes full responsibility for receiving it, transferring it to the installation location, setting it properly, and managing the piping and electrical installation. He will verify that the work being done meets to defined specifications and job scope and that all Hartness Integration engineering requirements are being satisfied.

After machine installation, the Hartness site manager works with the Hartness project manager to administer a thorough and organized equipment checkout process. This includes all site staffing requirements and the coordination of vendor startup representatives along with plant personnel and adequate test materials.

A comprehensive training program is arranged to coincide with the checkout process, so that plant maintenance and operational personnel get a thorough understanding of the equipment’s features and capabilities.
