centers.
We build efficiency into our lines so that you can stay focused
on getting more product out the door, in less time, and using
fewer resources.
Project Planning
Prior to the start of the project, an extensive description
of operation will be generated incorporating the latest in
controls technologies. The Hartness Integration Project Manager
will distribute this document and insure that the project
scope and all mechanical and electrical requirements are well
understood and aligned upfront.
A
project timeline will then be developed to identify overlapping
processes and potential bottlenecks during the engineering,
manufacturing, assembly, factory acceptance tests, shipping,
installation, and start-up phases. By uncovering potential
roadblocks upfront, we clear the way for a more successful
project completion devoid of major hold ups along the way.
Integration
Execution
As the project moves into the installation and startup phase,
the cohesiveness of plans and partnerships become more vital.
Knowing this, Hartness International Integration closely manages
OEMs and electrical and mechanical engineers to insure the
seamless integration of machine center interface and line
control design.
We
then coordinate extensive on-site and off-site training for
operators, maintenance personnel, and controls engineers.
The training process begins with targeted classroom instruction,
continues through hands-on equipment tutorials, and culminates
with written testing procedures that document operator proficiency
for both Hartness International Integration and O.E.M. equipment.
The
Hartness International Integration approach to complete system
integration is simple:
We
listen to your needs, assign an experienced team of integration
professionals to develop a plan, and then work relentlessly
to deliver a cost effective, uncomplicated solution that maximizes
your production performance.
